The Bergen County Girls Flag Football League is an NFL Flag-sanctioned recreational league for girls in grades 2-9. Our games are held on Sundays in Hackensack, NJ, with both spring and fall seasons available.
Our mission is to provide a positive and empowering environment where girls of all skill levels can participate in flag football. We aim to foster teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence while encouraging healthy physical activity. By offering a safe and supportive space for girls to develop athletic abilities and build lasting friendships, we strive to inspire the next generation of strong, confident female athletes.
